Full Terms of Service are being drafted. The forthcoming version will cover: account responsibilities, content + chat conduct, creator monetization terms, payment / refund / chargeback handling, intellectual property, account suspension, dispute resolution, governing law, and a complete vendor list (Supabase for auth + data, Stripe for payments, Mux for video, Resend for email, Printful for merch, and Vercel for hosting + first-party analytics). For now, our Privacy Notice (linked below) describes how we handle data — including a detailed disclosure of Vercel Analytics, which is the only tracking surface UltStream uses today.
